- Gold Coins are virtual items used solely for Standard Play.
- They have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for money.
- Gold Coins can be earned or purchased, but purchases are non-refundable.
9. Sweep Coins
- Sweep Coins are promotional items used for Sweepstakes.
- They cannot be purchased directly but may be awarded with Gold Coin purchases or through free promotions.
10. Usage Rules
- Sweep Coins can only be used for playing promotional games with potential prizes.
- The use of automated tools to acquire Sweep Coins is strictly prohibited.
Game Participation

Only Gold Coins can be used, and only Gold Coins can be won.

By agreeing to these Terms, you consent to resolve disputes exclusively through arbitration. This applies to past, present, and future disputes.

- Bucks Jet’s Commitment: Bucks Jet will attempt to resolve disputes informally before initiating arbitration.
17. Arbitration Process
- Consent to Arbitration: Both parties agree to resolve disputes through binding arbitration.
- Opting Out: Users may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of accepting these Terms by contacting customer support.
18. Arbitration Procedures and Costs
Arbitration follows the American Arbitration Association (AAA) rules under its Commercial Arbitration Rules and Supplementary Procedures for Consumer Disputes. A sole arbitrator will conduct the arbitration, and fees will be handled according to AAA regulations.
19. Individual Arbitration Only
All disputes must be resolved individually. Class actions, collective arbitration, or coordinated actions are not permitted.

Service Interruptions and Updates

23. Platform Modifications
Bucks Jet may modify or remove platform content without notice and bears no liability for resulting losses.

Account Deactivation and Suspension
25. Grounds for Deactivation
Accounts may be suspended or deactivated for violating terms, using VPNs or false information, creating multiple accounts, payment discrepancies, or engaging in unauthorized activity.
26. Liability for Violations
Users are liable for claims or damages resulting from violations and agree to indemnify Bucks Jet.
27. Account Closure Due to Platform Shutdown
If the platform shuts down, Bucks Jet will make reasonable efforts to allow prize redemptions, but all rights to Gold Coins and Sweep Coins will be terminated.
Privacy Policy
By using the platform, you agree to the separate Privacy Policy, which details how your personal information is collected, used, and protected.
Miscellaneous
If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid, it will be adjusted according to legal requirements without affecting the validity of the remaining provisions. Bucks Jet retains the final interpretation of these Terms.
